Where Young Women Grow, Grounded in Their Flow

I’ve been creating something beautiful for our young women ~ a project called Earth Daughters ♡

It’s a gentle rites-of-passage journey for young women stepping into their menarche ~ that sacred threshold where girlhood begins to unfold into womanhood.

Earth Daughters is about more than “the talk” It’s about remembering that this change isn’t something to hide or rush through ~ it’s something to honour ♡

Together, we’ll share stories, learn about our cycles and explore our connection to our bodies and the Earth. We’ll sit in circle guided by the love and wisdom of women who walk beside them ~ my fave part ♡

These circles will begin through Nimbin Youth ~ right here at home, where our young women can gather and feel held ♡

I’m also writing a Facilitator’s Guide ~ so these circles can ripple outward into other communities and villages, shared by women everywhere who want to nurture the next gen with our ancestors blessings ♡

Because when we understand our cycles, we understand ourselves ♡

And when we honour that, the world shifts ♡

Where we grow, grounded in our flow ♡
