How are we already in October? Honestly, I blinked in July and somehow it’s October…..I’m not sure I gave it permission.

This season, I’m slowing myself down and calling in what matters ~ love, kindness and peace. Because there’s a lot of sadness, hurt and heaviness swirling around in the world right now. And while I can’t fix it all, I can choose the energy I carry into it.

Not just the fluffy kind we talk about over coffee, but the real stuff. The kind of love that holds space for others, even when it’s hard. The kind of kindness that reaches past comfort zones. And the kind of peace that isn’t just personal ~ but global. The kind that means no wars, no bombs, no children robbed of the simple right to feel safe ♡

Because the truth is, there’s already too much pain, sadness and cruelty circling our world. And while I can’t fix it all, I can choose to keep calling in something different.

I can keep believing that kindness ripples, that love multiplies, that peace is still possible ♡

So here’s to October ~ fast, uninvited October ~ may it still open space for the love, kindness and peace our world is aching for ♡
